Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Swipe2Cash, we strive to provide a seamless and instant transfer experience. Due to the nature of real-time financial transactions, refunds are generally restricted once a transaction is successfully processed and the funds have been transferred to the beneficiary account.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be initiated in the following scenarios:

  • The user has provided incorrect beneficiary bank account details.
  • The transaction has been successfully completed and funds credited to the destination account.
  • The user changes their mind after the transaction is processed.
  • Delays caused by the user's bank or server downtimes at the beneficiary bank end.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Transaction Failure: If money is deducted from your credit card but not credited to the beneficiary account within 24 hours due to a technical error on our side.
  • Duplicate Transaction: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same transaction ID.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp immediately with your Transaction ID.
  2. Provide proof of deduction (screenshot or bank SMS).
  3. Our team will verify the status with our payment gateway partners.
  4. If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original source (Credit Card).

5. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved and initiated, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
